Soigneur FHIR Implementation Guide

This Implementation Guide is the published system of record for Soigneur's FHIR R4 data model — the profiles, extensions, code systems, value sets and invariants that describe how a FHIR-native cycling-coaching platform stores athlete data, plans, the coaching frame, and provenance.

It is authored in FHIR Shorthand (FSH) and compiled with SUSHI. Every profile, code system and example is machine-checked, so the data model documented here cannot drift from a compiling state (see ADR 0013 — documentation strategy).

Trademark-safe vocabulary. Athlete-facing metric labels use Soigneur's own vocabulary — Load, Weighted Power, Intensity, Fitness, Fatigue, Form — never the TrainingPeaks marks (TSS, NP, IF, TSB, PMC). The cc-observations code identifiers (tss, np, if, ctl, atl, tsb) are internal machine keys; only the display strings are trademark-safe.

Where to start

  • Data model — how the resources reference each other.
  • Architecture — runtime, orchestration, identity.
  • Artifacts — the generated profiles, extensions, code systems and value sets.

Canonical namespace

All artifacts hang off https://fhir.soigneur.coach/fhir (IG id coach.soigneur.fhir). The cc-* code systems are registered in Fire Arrow for validation and terminology services.
